Our dedicated team of both english and spanish speaking qualified staff are always happy to give advice and help you give your pool the love and care it deserves, we believe that as it is your second most expensive item after your villa or finca we want to work with you to not only keep it beautiful and ready to swim but encourage it to continue to look as new as the day it was constructed for the maximum amount of time.
We use the latest and most effective equipment and technology to ensure we provide the best service possible, we also work on trust and have several measures in place to be certain you are given the security you need when away for periods of time.
What our Service Consists of
Skimmers – Clean the skimmers taking out leaves and anything else that could obstruct the water flow.
Vacuuming - Vacuum the pool to remove solids that are not floating in suspension.
This Hoover being flexible allows us to clean all corners and curves easily, it also sits flat on the floor allowing all the pressure of the vac to give better suction, lastly it is weighted allowing it to roll along comfortably.
Brushing – Brush the sides and bottom of the pool, ensuring that any algae that may be discoloring the tiles, grouting or liner is removed (paying particular attention for this around the steps,under-water lights and ‘dead spots’ where water movement is minimal).
A aquadynamic design is like the airfoil on a sports car; it holds to the wall and floor with a full 18 inches of pressure, that’s 10 times the power of a regular pool brush. this brush effortlessly glides directly back to you!
Netting – This is done to remove any larger items that the hoover has been unable to collect and skim off the waterline of the pool.
Tide Marks - Clean dirt from the water line this is important as greasy deposits can act as breeding sites for algae.
Pump and Sand Filter – This is serviced weekly, by cleaning and filtering the water through the pump and sand filter to ensure the pool is kept at a good circulation level to ensure the longevity of this equipment.
Chemical Balancing – We are in the lead for this service as we test regularly for:
Free Chlorine
Combined Chlorine
Total Chlorine
PH
Alkalinity
Cyanuric Acid
and Calcium
All the water parameters that need regular checking in pools treated with chlorine, bromine or ozone can be measured quickly, easily and accurately. The tests cover free and total chlorine, total bromine, ozone, pH, copper, alkalinity, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid.
We also use top of the range chemicals using a stabilized Chlorine and a organic antialgas – which means less problems in the summer with either over chlorinated swimming pools and sun lotion build up. We also use the pump for the minimum amount of hours where possible to keep the electric bills at a normal level. Any Rental property´s or properties that are having higher use than normal get checked or cleaned twice a week in the summer dependant on what the pool needs at no extra cost.
Lastly we have a response time of 2 hours (this is the maximum time and we are normally onsite much quicker) should we receive a call saying there is a problem with the pool.
We also on a weekly basis check the property for water leaks, signs of break ins or anything that is not normal and report this back to you immediately, in the event you have been broken into one of my members of staff stay at the property until a authorised key holder turns up to take responsibility.
Lastly all our staff have been trained to a high standard to ensure your safety is paramount and the water is chemically correctly balanced to avoid skin and health problems, we hold the Diploma in Care of both Public and Private Swimming Pools and are licensed by the Region of Murcia Health Department. With payments being paid either yearly,6 monthly or quarterly, however we do like clients to sign a yearly contract unless there is a valid reason why you would not need a yearly contract.
